Frequently Asked QuestionsAre you affiliated with the White House? No. Our goal is to support and inform this conference, but we have no direct affiliation with the White House, nor do we have a role in the planning of the Conference. How can I register for one of your events? We are deeply committed to engaging in robust conversations with people and organizations with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and have worked hard to reflect this commitment in the invitation lists for each of our regional events. Unfortunately, because these events will be in-person only and the host venues have limited capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions, these events will be invitation-only.We are currently working to develop a platform and toolkit intended to provide those interested in hosting their own pre-conference events with resources for doing so. We invite you to subscribe to our site to receive updates on this platform’s status. How can I participate in the 2022 Conference? We do not have control over the invitee list for the White House or other federal agencies around the conference. We encourage you to reach out to your contacts in the administration directly and sign up for email updates from the Conference planners. Can I (or my organization) join your coalition? Our Task Force and Strategy Group have been convened to represent a diverse and balanced spectrum of perspectives to inform the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. As the work of both the Task Force and Strategy Group has already begun, we do not anticipate increasing the membership of either group.
